Effective immediately, Pan Am and Boston-Maine Airways have instituted the following policies in relation to the transportation of Armed Forces Personnel:

  • Military personnel on leave will be provided free transportation on Pan Am and BMA. Transportation will be provided on a space available basis and the individual will be required to present his/her leave orders to qualify.

  • Immediate family members of military personnel travelling with a qualifying service member will be provided space available transportation at one-half the normal price.

This offers both Pan Am and BMA an opportunity to lend their support to the deserving men and women of the Armed Forces.

Pan Am services Nantucket, MA, Martha's Vineyard, MA, Groton, CT and Portsmouth, NH from BWI.
